I don’t run any more and I was embarrassed about it, so I just stayed quiet. I have some massive biceps, though, from all the heavy lifting I do at work.
They don’t look massive, but they’re on top of stick arms, so that’s holding them back.

Bit slower today, but we can’t be speed demons every day, that’s just crazy.
I tell you what, though, that other exercise the day before yesterday has had my abs crying for two days now. WHY ABS, WHY?

But I did do a quick fifteen minute workout.
20x burpees
10 each side x leg lifts
20x pushups
20x situps
10x squats
15 each side x lunges
All of that, times two.
I tell you what, those burpees make me puff like an asthmatic.
